Подтверждение этого базового параметра испытаний должно дублироваться несколькими методиками измерений, в том числе и с применением аналоговых средств кинорегистрации. В работе описан алгоритм определения скорости транспортного упаковочного комплекта перед соударением по информации на пленочном носителе. Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с выбором геометрической схемы регистрации и реализацией различных вариантов заполнения кадров. Описано определение линейного перемещения транспортного упаковочного комплекта в плоскости съемки, расчет масштаба и частоты съемки. Приведен пример применения методики к определению скорости транспортного упаковочного комплекта перед соударением в одном из опытов на ракетном треке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Verification of compliance of the transport packaging kit design with the requirements for packages intended for the transport of radioactive materials by air, provides for a collision with a target at a speed of not less than 90 M/s. Confirmation of this basic parameter of the tests should be duplicated by several measurement methods including the use of analog means of film registration. The paper describes an algorithm for determining the speed of the transport packaging kit before impact on the information on the film carrier. The questions connected with the choice of the geometrical scheme of registration and realization of various variants of frame filling are considered. The determination of the linear movement of the transport packaging kit in the shooting plane, the calculation of the scale and frequency of shooting is described.
